I love I Love Dust

I love, love, love, these ride journals from ILOVEDUST. The colors are incredible. I would buy a bike and start riding it regularly, just for an excuse to buy them all. Check out some of their equally impressive work here. Also, happy Memorial Day everyone!!

On Nurturing Creativity

Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love talks about nurturing creativity. I can totally relate to her thoughts on being afraid to be a creative. Really insightful and interesting. What do you think of what she has to say?

The Sketchbook Project

I think its great practice for those of us in the art community to collaborate. The Sketchbook Project is a fun and brilliant way to do just that. Sign up for a sketchbook, fill it up, mail it back, and it will join thousands of sketchbooks from all over the world as they are exhibited in galleries and museums during a cross country tour. Sound like your cup of tea? Sign up here!

Grow Till Tall

I just recently discovered photographer Angi Welsch on one of my most favorite blogs – designworklife. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her work. This particular set reminds me of Peter Pan. I feel like she captured the essence of the imaginary world of children and getting to be whatever you want. Makes me want to put on a cape and get my knees dirty.

Wanna get folding? Start here!

Wanna see how origami has been inspiring logos lately? Blam.

P.S. – I’ve been working on an origami business card! I hope to post it once I’m done refining.

Enjoy!
